How I wish that Mindoro Tamaraws can join in the Over-the-Board Tournament in the 1st PCAP Inter-Commercial Tournament this August 2023. However, proximity to the venue, availability of the players and financial constraints prevented us from doing so. We wish Commissioner Atty. Paul Elauria goodluck to this bold move while the PCAP Season is at rest.
